For my first post I decided to join the menu planning fun over at the Organizing Junkie's blog. Our menu this week is fairly simple and mostly just working with what we already have. My father is taking us out to eat Wednesday (yay!) so I get an unusual break from the kitchen that day. At some point I will probably attempt to plan some breakfasts, lunches and snacks, but I am not nearly organized enough for that right now! Hopefully I can pick up some tips from Laura!
Monday: Smoked Pork Chops, Cooked Broccoli Slaw, Mashed Sweet Potatoes
Tuesday: Pot Roast, Broccoli, Mashed Potatoes, Bread (hopefully freshly made!)
Wednesday: Out for Mexican
Thursday: Beef Quesadillas (from leftover roast), Spanish Rice, Chips & Salsa
Friday: Pepperoni & Green Pepper Pizza, Salad
Saturday: Scrambled Eggs, Cheese Grits, Waffles, Fruit Salad
Sunday: Barbecue Beef Sandwiches (leftover roast again!), leftover veggies or green beans, Macaroni & Cheese
